How Free Credits Work (Important)
Free credits are provided to help users try the platform, but they are limited and protected by anti-abuse rules.
For paid users:
- Free credits are automatically replenished only after your paid credits are fully used
- Free credits are meant as a fallback, not a replacement for subscription credits
For free users:
- Free credits renew on a fixed cycle
- Daily free credits do not accumulate or roll over
Account Limits for Free Credits
To prevent abuse and malicious usage:
- Each person is allowed to receive free credits on up to two accounts
- Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly obtain free credits is not allowed
- Accounts exceeding this limit may:
- Stop receiving free credits
- Have free-credit access restricted
- Be flagged for abnormal usage
This policy helps keep the platform fair and stable for all users.
Generation Failed – Will Credits Be Refunded?
Credits are automatically refunded if:
- The generation fails before completion
- The task cannot be processed due to a system error
- The input content violates platform rules
Upload Failed – No Credits Used
If an audio or video file fails to upload, credits are not deducted.
Common reasons for upload failure:
- Unsupported file format
- File size too large
- Unstable network connection
- Browser cache or cookie issues
Recommended actions:
- Refresh the page
- Clear browser cache/cookies
- Try another browser (Chrome recommended)
- Try a different device or network
I Think My Credits Are Incorrect
Before contacting support, please try:
- Refreshing the page
- Logging out and back in
- Checking recent actions in your Library
If the issue persists, contact support and include:
- Your account email
- The action you performed
- Approximate time of the issue
- Screenshots (if available)
