Yes. AIMusicGen provides free credits so you can try our AI Music Generator and other supported creation tools. You can use free credits for generation and editing features whenever your available balance covers the task. Check the credit cost shown before submitting. Free credits refresh daily and do not accumulate.

Both Basic and Pro provide access to our full range of AI music, audio, image, and video models. Basic is designed for lighter usage, while Pro offers larger credit options, longer cloud storage, and priority generation. The credit cost of the same task is identical across plans. Compare the plan cards above to choose the option that fits your workflow.

Credits are used when you submit a generation or editing task. The cost depends on the tool, model, and settings, such as audio duration, video length, resolution, or the number of images. Check the displayed cost or estimate before submitting. If a task fails to generate, the credits charged for that task are automatically returned.

Paid credits do not expire. Credits from monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time credit packs remain in your account and carry over, even after your subscription ends. Daily free credits are different: they refresh each day rather than accumulating.

Monthly subscriptions are billed each month and grant the credits included in that billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year, and the full year’s credits are added to your account upfront—not distributed monthly. The monthly price displayed for an annual plan is its monthly equivalent; the full annual total is shown at checkout.

Yes. Anyone can purchase one-time credit packs without a current or previous subscription. Purchased credits never expire. A credit pack unlocks WAV downloads and private generation, and this access remains after the credits are used up. It does not start an automatically renewing subscription.

Yes. To upgrade or downgrade your plan, or switch between monthly and annual billing, contact [email protected] using your account email address. Tell us which plan you would like to switch to, and our support team will explain the available options, timing, and any billing adjustments before making the change.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. One-time purchases, including credit packs and subscription periods purchased through one-time payment methods, do not automatically renew. You can manage or cancel recurring subscriptions from your account’s Subscription page. Canceling stops future renewals; your current subscription benefits remain available until the end of the paid period, and your unused paid credits stay in your account.

Annual subscribers can download general and song-specific commercial licenses for free. Other signed-in users can license one of their completed songs for 100 credits without a subscription. Once a song is licensed, downloading its license again is free, even after a subscription expires.

Yes. Once you obtain the applicable commercial license agreement, you can use the covered creations for commercial projects, modify and distribute them, sell or license them, and monetize them across platforms and media. This includes music releases, music videos, advertising, client projects, podcasts, games, and monetized content on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Each platform’s publishing and monetization requirements still apply.

When you upgrade to an annual subscription, all of your previously generated creations receive the annual plan’s creative-use, commercial licensing, and monetization rights, alongside works generated during your annual subscription. These rights remain valid permanently for the covered creations, even if you later cancel or let your annual subscription expire. You do not need to keep renewing your subscription to retain those rights. This applies to rights in your creations, not ongoing subscription services such as new credit grants or cloud storage.

The current plans include 7-day cloud storage for Free, 30-day storage for Basic, and 365-day storage for Pro. Free-plan generations are public, while paid plans provide private generations. Download important files before their storage period ends. Cloud storage duration is separate from your rights to use a creation: expiration of storage does not end a commercial license you have already obtained for that work.

We offer payment options through Stripe, PayPal, and supported cryptocurrency checkout. Depending on your location and purchase type, checkout may also offer digital wallets or local payment methods. Payments are handled through the relevant payment provider’s checkout. Available methods, currency, and the final amount are shown before you confirm your purchase.

If you have a billing issue or would like to request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email and purchase details. Requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Refunds for payments are also separate from credit returns for failed generation tasks.
